Devil'icious

Too much devil'ish fun? Never! With a color scheme of "Coral Stripes," and fluffy fringe of "Pink Poodle," this delightfully devil'icious piece is my new fave of faves. And, it actually had an encore. I made a second piece just like it, only bigger. With more Pink Poodle. Because more is more. 😎 Here is a folder of photos showing how much fun I had making (and posing 🤩) these two sweet pieces of pink poodle'icious'ness: Devil'icious.

Nothing fancy here, just the same easy peasy pattern that I love copying (simple mesh scarf), because I can do it with my eyes closed. 😃 For the main body, I used yarn (above) that I got on clearance. So colorful, caught my eye right away, Coral Stripes color scheme. For the edging and fringe, I used yarn (below) that I got on sale. So luxuriously fluffy! I simply could not resist, and with a name like Pink Poodle, what is a bling-loving gal to do? 🤩

I'm obsessed with the fluffy luxury of Go For Faux! 😍

Aw! Look at this cutey patootie! My dear niece, Inara, holding up Devil'icious #1, and one of the Sister Shawls. This smart gal is a creative genius, and loves color as much as I do. 😍 She is the original creative colors queen, the inspiration for Ruffle Monster, and a frequent recipient of my fringe fests. 😎

The photo above is Devil'icious #1 and below is Devil'icious #2. As you can see, #2 is way longer. That's because I kept going with it, using two skeins of Coral Stripes. Double the devil'ish'us'ness. 😎  The other main difference between #1 and #2 is the fringe - I used Pink Poodle on #1 fringe, and more Coral Stripes for #2 fringe. Different textures and looks, fabulous and more fabulous. 🤩

Love the look and feel of this yarn combination! 😍

Yarn Porn 😂

Too big for a scarf (but it does look great with a jean jacket!), too small for a blanket, not the right shape for a cape. What even is this piece?! It is devli'icious, that's what! 😁
