Under Color Crochet

  Staff Christmas Party!! What a great way to give away colorful fun!  😎  I helped decorate the tables at our staff Christmas party, and I was allowed to put a crochet piece or two, or three  🤩  on each table. If this snazzy stack looks familiar (remember, that back-loop-only trick?! so easy, so snazzy) , it is because it first appeared here: Comfy Cozy . Now, as a centerpiece, this trio of cuddle bundles is even snazzier. Every fun table at this event had a unique look, and the whole place sparkled with festive flavor. Ten tables in all, twenty crochet pieces arranged in their centers.   I love blue! My love affair with blue goes way back: Blue Jean Baby , Winter Blues , Two Blue , Blue Moon . I can't stop lovin' blue. 😎 More and more, and more of the same. But different. Fluffy ruffle, colorful fringe, sparkle and texture. Deep blue, so deep, it is almost black in certain light. Pale blue, so pale, it could be mistaken for white. Love these contrasts!  So many blues, so little time. 😎My list of blue love goes on and on:  Turquoise Blue , Neptune's Beard ,  Earth and Mars ,  Sea Shine , Winter Mint . I love how one blue piled up on a different blue and wrapped around another blue is all a new kind of blue. 😁 Snuggle up with blue! 😍 The faux fur in pale blue looks so pale, it could almost be mistaken for white.   This fun bunch makes for two "Princess Party" posts in a row now, after Purple Princess Party.  And it isn't the first time there has been too much fun going on: there was a  Costume Party , and we had an  Office Party , and don't forget my fave  Pillow Party . So this newest collection is a quintet of peach'y pink pieces that honors a party tradition going way back. A tradition that is now moving forward to a future of more flouncy fun. 😍 Too fluffy? No way. Too many frills? Never. Texture combinations gone wild? Yes, obviously. And what of it? 😎  Too much fringe? Well... maybe.  😁 But, fringe is just so fun! No fancy stitch work here, just the same simple mesh pattern that I've been playing with for years (as explained in the original post ).
